The Asociación Apartamentos Puerto Plata is committed to protecting the rights of the property owners of Puerto Plata. We stand together as a community to ensure that property owners are once again at the center and that our interests are properly represented.
Standing together
We want every property owner to be respected and for their wishes to be heard within the framework of the community. This includes owners who wish to rent out their property in order to generate rental income. Others want to use their apartment privately. In addition, some owners in Puerto Plata have chosen it as their permanent residence. Our goal: to enable and legalize all of these forms of use.
